Appetizer - yes
Soup - yes, bass guitar, electric & acoustic guitar. I don't play well enough to make a living but I have always been complimented so I will say 5
Salad - making Rosaries (since I am limited to 5 min)
Main - care for the malamutes, rest, go to doctor appt (ironically not for what is wiping me out)
Dessert - be approaching at warp speed.

Do you play an instrument? On a scale of 1 (low) to 10 (high) how good are you? I play(ed) piano. I have no gift therefore 3 I am good at reading the notes and can fake it somewhat.

What three things do you have to do today? kid to doctor's appointment and rehab, Yell at the other kid for letting the small amount of milk go so sour in the glass in her room that I've been on gag reflex for the last hour

crack mania! blondie got the virtual daughter hooked
then there was some issue with saving progress I think so we bought her the full game. Now she can feed her obsession while the virtual S-I-L is out of town interning.
I'll bet the summer goes in a blur now.
I just don't want to be held responsible when he comes home for the weekend and she is too busy baking virtual cakes LOL (as if heh)

Sure I could. I know how. First I stop at Starbucks for a latte. Then I drive to the mechanic and drink my latte while he changes the oil. I then pay him, thank him and am on my way. Easy!

I have played the piano since I was six years old, although as I got old{er} I stopped playing as much. One would think that since I have a piano in my house that I would actually tickle the ivories once in a while. *shrugs* I would say that I am about a 5 on the how good am I scale.

My presentation would be on how to find whatever it is you are looking for on the interwebs. There is a reason why my kids call me Encyclo-mom. If it's out there, I CAN find it.

can you be more specific? a musical instrument? the instrument of my desire? or something else? LOL - if it's a musical instrument, my ex-fiance gave me piano lessons and I've also studied bagpipes with the ex chief of police when I was a teenager. I also can compose with the correct tools by ear mostly - I read music but slowly.

for my management hazing I had to do just that. they made me stand up in the middle of a restaurant in Chicago and explain what I liked most about my job. I kicked some ass as I toasted my coworkers at the end. very classy if I do say so myself. and shit, I hated every minute of it! but I passed that level of hazing and went on to more that week that is way to gruesome and confidential to discuss...
Main Dish ~
What three things do you have to do today?
1) meet with the most irate of my 17 divisional teams to get their monthly status (they are the 17th meeting, saved the worst for last so I can use it as ammo - "well, everyone else had no problems...")
2) instruct my new junior team member in the art of ju-jitsu when approving and declining risk analysis results from these 17 divisions
3) pick up my son for the weekend (this is chronological not by priority by any means).

I know the tools and supplies needed and the steps to take for changing the oil on my car, but have never actually done it myself. So, I guess I could figure it out if I had to.
Soup ~
I have played 2 instruments in my past but don't ask me to perform now! I would be a 2 out of ten in ability.
Salad ~
If I had to give a five minute presentation, impromtu, it would be easiest to do something work related - like pathophysiology of an asthma flare.

I needed to go to the grocery store (bare cupboards!), catch up on laundry and go through the junk mail today.

I am dyin here. Who is the pipes player!? And does (he) wear a kilt? Tough if it's a woman I have clearly stated that I would marry Blondie but I could jilt her for a really good pipes player! Dress kilts - so hot! I am having fantasies as I type! (-;
