I feel that way about computers too, I am not so much amazed that they break as that they work at all LOL

About Computers... the girl's ventricular assist device was running on MS windows 98! And there were no plans to update it as they liked it, it worked. I kind of wondered about a heart device working on old technology. The perfusionists said it's technology that doesn't break.
