mmmm,
since I do paint, and watercolours are not easy to work with....I'd set my canvas up in my garden and paint my flowerbed when it is in full bloom.

something abstract but obviously muted because watercolours just aren't very intense.

Last night. In bed. On my new pink DS Lite. {ty honey} Plus I swiped the NYTimes Crossword from the coffeeshop yesterday morning which I was doing mentally because I am just not confident enough to do the NYTimes puzzle in ink. heh!

Do you prefer paper or plastic bags at the grocery store? Why?
I prefer paper. My reasons are 3-fold. 1. I believe that paper is better for the environment. 2. More can be packed in one bag thus allowing me to make less trips into the house as I usually only shop once a week. and 3. I hate repacking those freaking plastic bags once I get home cuz everything has been bumped out of them in the trunk on the trip home. {grrr}

How much money would it take for you to give up the internet for a year?
There is not enough money. I can't give up the internets....my friends live in there. *muah*

I don't order. I stalk the little kids while I am out and ambush them for my cookies. I love the Thin Mint and whatever those Peanut Butter ones are with the Peanut Butter Cream inside. {mmmmmmmm} I usually buy a couple boxes of each.

Well, assuming I had the talent to paint anything, I would paint a peaceful, serene landscape. Hopefully the kind that would make you want to jump into the picture and rest and relax for a while.

I can't remember the last time I did one on my own. I don't really care for them because they make me feel stupid. I did lend a couple of spare brain cells to one last night though and I thoroughly enjoyed that :-) I was quite impressed with program for the DS and even more impressed with the brainy blonde beside me.

Given the choice I generally prefer paper because they can be recycled or used to start a fire in the fireplace or fire-pit and the ashes recycled into the earth. Since I am usually given plastic, I save them until I have way too many about the place then give them to the local food bank for them to use to pass out groceries. I use them as liners for small cans about the house too.

How much money would it take for you to give up the internet for a year?
It would have to be a lot. A lot more than I can even imagine at the moment. It is the main way I kept in touch with my son in Afghanistan. Now that he is on the way home I could use the phone for this year. Still, it is the main way I communicate with family and friends so I don't know that I would ever really agree to it.

I order to support my nieces and girls in the neighborhood or the local troop that meets at our church (in that order). I like the tag-a-longs (mmm peanut butter) and thin mints. My niece is having me try the sugar free choco-chip this year. I purchase way more than I should really because I have little will power for rationing them but I like to be generous in supporting my family and friends.

What cookie do you buy from the Girl Scouts that one would eat the middle first? I guess I only buy the two kinds and I don't eat the middle out of either of them first.

Hi Blondie,
In Canada, we have two different kinds. One box contains chocolate cookie with a chocolate centre, similar to an Oreo, and the other side is Cream coloured cookie with a vanilla creme centre. The other Girl Guide Cookies are mint, I'm guessing similar to yours.
Like Oreo's I "unscrew" them and eat the filling first....Yum!!
