And about the proper footwear...whatEV. Last time I wore the proper footwear I got the mother of all blisters. I will stick to my flip flops for now. I figure I get injured regardless and these are my shoe of choice.
p.s. I checked the weather. It's only supposed to be 81° next week when you fly in.
I LOVE the heat, I think I'm a heat seeking martian, I love the hotter the better...hence my wanting for find warm weather half marathon's for the winter!!!
Still considering the Rock n' Roll half in Phoenix...it's just getting a flight that won't bankrupt me!

I was thinking only that it takes a special type of person to live just left of hell. If everyone could do it, the place would be crowded, therefore it is not the norm i.e. abnormal. See? Your experience with D and SIL during their hs years was abnormal as well but that was good. you were spoiled by it but that is a different post.

I am having a "warm" snap and we are getting a mix of rain/snow.
I have been there, it is just left of hell and way too hot for normal people.
