13 From the Darkside.

Thirteen Potential Characters for
  1. an angry narcissistic middle aged man who blames his problems on anyone and everyone while refusing to look inward.
  2. an older, wise and caring man, distinguished in appearance.
  3. the crazy cat lady, happily living life and loving her fur-babies.
  4. a random girl with hot pink hair in the front and a long mowhawk in the back. Nose ring and numerous earrings included.
  5. a barely pretty woman who has a penchant for filing sexual harassment suits.
  6. an educated man, committed to helping where he can, divorced and happily concentrating on his life while occasionally indulging in a doobie.
  7. a sparkly and twirly blonde who is a bit on the geeky side and feels the need to be strong no matter what befalls her.
  8. A tender-hearted computer geek with a passion for music.
  9. the over worked and over tired yet always upbeat girlfriend.
  10. the asshole. {every story has to have one, yanno}
  11. the young male, not quite a man no longer a child, struggling to find his footing in his changing world.
  12. a quirky coffee shop owner.
  13. the cat. fluffy, white and purry.

That is quite the cast. I am sure you can weave a good story out of those "characters"

Good luck! I might be able to write that many words but it would be pure rambling.

some eerily recognisable characters.... oddly categorised by .... mmm, what pops to mind???

Where does one fit in??

Should make for an very interesting novel, especially since the 2007 NaNo runs for the entire month of November.......

I didn't register! I might write anyway... still working on the Makeover Murders from last year!

might you have room for a lipstick loving librarian who has a sparkling twirly blonde friend - the gals drink cocktails, run down their EXs, exchange war stories about their kids. When ever they get together - in real time and not virtually - their daughters worry about what havoc they will reek!
