Monday Mop-up

  • It is sad that you have chosen to cut me out of your life. Just remember that it was indeed your choice.
  • I feel like I worked in a sweatshop all weekend and my children were my bosses. That being said the invitations are all done and going in the mail today. It just wouldn't be a true representation of my kids if they were not done at the last possible second. sigh.
  • Snicker doodle muffins are very yummy. I am glad that the stb Son-in-law and I decided to make them Saturday morning.
  • The class that is consuming every spare minute of the kids weekends is taking its toll on him. I feel bad for him but it was his choice to take the class. He was melting down as he hit the house last night and I threatened to send him home with his sister. After a bit of TLC my normal happy kid was back. He just needed to chillax for a bit.
  • Dinner on Saturday evening was enjoyable and giggly. We were beat from the aforementioned sweatshop action and we were a bit on the silly side. Laughing and coffee don't mix. Just ask the stb Son-in-Law. He wound up wearing his. heh heh
  • Sun Devils win! Next up @ Stanford.
  • Coupling is brilliant entertainment. Especially when working in sweatshop conditions.
  • I am seriously sleep deprived today. I need a nap.
  • I have chicken in the fridge that needs poaching. What to make for dinner once it is poached. Grilled Chicken Wraps? Fettuccine, chicken and broccoli? Chicken and rice? Decisions. Decisions.
  • Is it bedtime yet?

YAY! the invites are done.

A Major item checked off of the list.

It is a rainy monday morning here. Perfect for taking a nap in front of the wood stove and dozing to the flickering fire.

The kid seriously needs some down time. What were those two thinking scheduling the class now?

Coupling is ROFLMAO funny.

Would you poach my chicken while you are at it. Otherwise I should do mine tonight when I get home from work.

*muah*

invitations LOL I saw the facebook profile that said "in invitation *heck*" I laughed... figuring out what you'd be up to this weekend. Postal count down starts now... let's hope it's faster than cake!

snickerdoodle miuffins... add that the recipe list would ya please?

Laughing +coffee... not *quite* as delirious as Laughing and alcohol!

I go for chicken and broccoli every time. Kids favourite... chicken divan... with the fettucini.

Take a nap... or three.
