Hmm, I guess currently it is Every Rose Has Its Thorn - Poison

Move decimal point one position left, double it and reduce for really lousy service taking into account the work load and presentation of the server.

depends on the pizza and size of the slice. Generally, start at the tip with fork and knife and when it reaches a stable shape/size pick it up and eat it. no folding.

I don't recall. Dr. Seuss and Richard Scary I guess

I'm from NY - folded - unless it's that Chicago style or Sicilian (no, no relation to you!) - then fork and knife (but that is not real pizza)

The Lorax, Sneetches, Horton Hatches the Egg, Horton Hears a Who, etc.......... - Theo LeSeig (a.k.a. Theodore Siegel, a.k.a. Dr. Seuss)

Five Chinese Brothers was written by Claire Huchet Bishop and Kurt Wiese.

I LOVED this book as a child and was seriously tickled to find it back in print to be able to buy it for my kids who also loved it.
