Coupling.

Coupling is a British television sitcom written by Steven Moffat that aired on BBC2 from May 2000 to 2004 . Produced by Hartswood Films for the BBC, the show centres on the dating and sexual adventures and mishaps of six friends in their thirties, often depicting the three women and the three men each talking amongst themselves about the same events, but in entirely different terms.

I have been hearing bits {heh heh} about this show for years now from a couple of friends but never had the opportunity to watch. Although I was often amused by the stories I didn't know if I would find it funny enough to justify the cost. To that end the series was sent to me this week by a friend who decided it was exactly what the blondie needed after a long week. {*muah*}

He was right. Both of you were right. I LOVE this show! I should learn to listen to you people, eh?

If you have never seen this show, you must! Seriously. You won't regret an evening of laughter at someone else's relationship blunders.

Trust me.

hmmm I think this was on some of your CDN stations..... I am SURE I saw it, but didn't watch it either... BIT mistake, for some reason anything out of the UK always seems to be intelligently funnier....
Note to self... find the DVDs... LOL

The reason the UK shows are better quality than the American counterparts is because in 90% or better situations, they came first.

Even All in the Family was based on a British sitcom. And Three's Company... They even had most of the reality-based shows first. The American version of Coupling sucked - and to me, it's amazing that the last year of the UK Coupling lasted without Jeff, however, it did!

Enough of my ranting! Bring back some good British sitcoms like The Goodies, damnit!
