"I am tired of crying"
That is what my son said to me tonight on our way home from a dinner where Momma was honored. "Don't get me wrong, mom" he says "it's awesome that they honored her in this way, but I am just so tired of crying."Yeah, you and me both, mr man.

Crying is proof you love her... Try to remember that...

I don't have much to add. I know how it feels. The tremendous feelings of loss when someone we love and care about is gone from us.

the first year is completely the worst and this includes the first year memorial service if you have one.
It's five years for my mom this month... Tell the boy that I don't cry as much and neither do the grandkids, but they still miss her a lot. But they laugh too.
