You may have nowhere to take your most intense feelings today, for others might not be particularly interested in the intensity of your passions. Nevertheless, you must interact with people at home or at work, so it's a smart idea to temporarily keep your emotions to yourself. This doesn't mean, however, that denial is an acceptable strategy. It just means that a little discretion can make your day a whole lot easier.
